Understanding the Sampling Process
The sampling stage is an essential step to launch your Swim Line successfully.
It begins with obtaining a quotation for your collection. Once you're prepared to proceed, initiate the sampling process by placing a 50% deposit. We offer convenient payment options via bank wire or PayPal. Our skilled team promptly engages, meticulously crafting samples that embody the essence of your designs.

Before diving into the specifics, let's explore the key aspects of the swimwear sampling process:
Design Specifications
For efficient sampling, provide us with pictures, sketches, or tech packs detailing your designs. The more information you provide, the better we can understand your expectations.
Copyrighting and Confidentiality
We prioritize confidentiality, integrity, and trust throughout the swimwear production process. Our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) underscores this commitment, safeguarding valuable intellectual property and facilitating successful collaborations.
Sample Sizing Recommendations
We highly recommend to sample in one size only to make sure the sample is fit before going ahead on several sizes. Sampling in one size ensures easier revisions if necessary, minimizing production delays.
Size range is from 2XS to 3XL (for bigger size, please contact us), usually, we work based on our size chart but we are open to working belong yours if you have your own.
Hardware Supply for Swimwear
We supply various hardware items such as rings, slides, hooks, stoppers, pads, and eyelets. If your swimwear requires custom hardware such as engraved logo tags, custom-shaped hardware, or similar items, you can send them to us for inclusion in the manufacturing process. If you have specific hardware in mind, please feel free to send us a picture. Our team will endeavor to source it through our supplier network.
Fabrics Sourcing and Options
Choose from our selection of fabrics in different colors, including sustainable materials. Alternatively, you can send us your own material for manufacturing your swimwear collection.
Custom Printable Fabrics
Choose from our selection of printable fabrics, which includes sustainable options. Provide a 300 DPI or vector file for printing. We'll provide a mock-up for your approval of proportions before proceeding with production.
Sampling Process Breakdown
Samples Development: CMT and Pattern Making
From Cut, Make, Trim (CMT) to precise pattern making, each step is executed with expertise and attention to detail. Our dedicated team ensures that each sample meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Evaluation of Samples
Upon completion, we'll send you pictures of the samples worn on mannequins for your approval. Detailed front, side, and back angle images will be provided to ensure clarity.
Revisions Process
If revisions are necessary based on your feedback, we'll proceed with alterations at no additional cost (since the main pattern remain the initial sent).
Once approved and delivered, any further revisions will incur charges but won't require returning the samples. The revisions process will take 7 to 10 days.
Upon sample approval, we'll send the remaining balance invoice, and your samples will be shipped via DHL Express, with delivery within 4-5 days.
